The space

A deceptively spacious bungalow with a window on each aspect creating a light and bright open plan living space.

Beautifully presented, the vaulted ceiling adds to the roomy feel with exposed beams against fresh white walls. Both bedrooms are bright and fresh with storage and either a double or twin beds. A contemporary, well equipped kitchen sits next to the dining area and both lead through to the sitting area where French doors open onto a private, enclosed, paved terrace for guests to enjoy.

Greenacres has been described as 'A bird watchers paradise with both Minsmere and Dunwich Heath just a few moments away.'

This pet-friendly property is ideal for a family or couples wanting to explore Suffolk's Heritage coast line.

Sitting area: A light wooden floor throughout with two sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV and book case
Kitchen: A range of fitted units, electric oven and gas hob, fridge with ice box, freezer and microwave
Dining area: Light wood table and four dining chairs
Bathroom: A large shower cubicle, washbasin and wc.
Master bedroom: Oak framed double bed, matching bedside cabinets and wardrobe
Twin bedroom: Single beds with cream and oak bed frame, bedside cabinets and wardrobe
Outside: A fully enclosed, paved terrace with table, chairs and parasol.
Heating: Gas fired central heating throughout.

Sandra's house is beautiful and the adjoining bungalow where we stayed was perfect, cosy, clean, spacious and had a lovely enclosed yard perfect for our dogs. She even had a Christmas tree up for us, which was so sweet! Great location, so many beaches close drive away, close to town with shops but felt very private and tucked away, and it is beautiful location. Easy check in and check out instructions, and friendly, helpful host. Communication between host, Stay in Suffolk and us was a bit delayed which was a little frustrating but understandable as very busy period.
