Little Furrows enjoys a well established cottage garden with patio and summerhouse, set within the grounds of the owner's house. The large windows ensure that the spacious sitting rooms is bright and homely, a well equipped kitchen with east facing window is perfect for breakfast and a large double bedroom with king sized bed with ensuite shower room. There are two pubs within walking distance and a good network of footpaths around this attractive village.

The space

Entrance: With ample space for your coats and shoes
Sitting room: A large corner sofa, TV with Freeview, DVD, a further small table and chairs, bookcase with lots of interesting books. The living room has large sunny windows, and patio doors leading onto the private patio area.
Kitchen: With electric cooker, oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, washing machine, a cafetiere, as well as plenty of cooking equipment and crockery. There is a table and chairs beside the window, which gets all the morning sun.
Bathroom: En-suite shower with WC and basin
Bedroom: A light bedroom with a king sized bed. There are built in cupboards, a chest of drawers and armchair as well as bedside cabinets and lamps
Outside: Walk from the off road car park area up some steps through a wooden gate to the main entrance of Little Furrows. You can walk in through the front entrance of the main house and use the concrete path if you prefer not to use the steps. The well established wildlife garden has a mixture of vegetables and flower beds, fruit trees and a wildlife pond. There is a gravelled washing line area. The paved patio off the living room has outdoor chairs and table. Guests can enjoy use of the summerhouse.
Heating: Electric heating
Also... Wifi, ironing board, hairdryer
Please be aware that it is not possible to charge electric vehicles at Little Furrows. EVs like to draw as much power as possible for charging, so that an additional load from other devices may trip the circuit breaker.

Comfortable cottage which was well equipped, plus the benefit of a beautiful garden. Our hosts Ann and Roddy were very welcoming. The location was very convenient for where we wanted to explore. We had a lovely, relaxing break, wished we could have stayed for longer

The cottage was perfect for our needs as we were attending the Latitude festival which was approx 3 miles away. It was well equipped and very comfortable. The parking was good and there was safe storage for our bikes. Would definitely recommend

Overall had a really lovely stay at little farrows cottage. Very peaceful and loved the outside space. It was lovely to sit out snd have a coffee in the morning. A lovely welcome pack on arrival was very thoughtful. Would definitely go back and the owners were about for any info we needed

Comfortable with pretty surroundings. We were warmly welcomed by Ann who was super helpful. It was a great base for the Latitude festival. Easy to find with clear instructions. Such beautiful gardens, very peaceful when chilling out having evening drinks or early morning coffee. Spacious with good amenities.

Lovely spacious annex set in the gardens of the main house. Comfortable bed and good shower. The kitchen had everything I needed and the little patio area was delightful. The village is charming, set in quietly beautiful heathland and there's a walk you can do around the village.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at Little Furrows, set in a homely garden and surroundings with beautiful fruit trees. Cosy cottage with all amenities. Located well with good access to Southwold Pier and Walberswick just over ten minutes. Ann and Roddy are good hosts looked after us well

Thank you Ann. Sorry we didn’t get to meet you. We looked at the weather and decided to travel home late afternoon. We had a really warm, comfortable stay in your delightful cottage. Thank you too, for letting us take our bikes in. We ate at the Star and the Queen’s Head. Both really good. We really enjoyed cycling around the lanes from Little Furrows and exploring the east coast by car, which was all new to us. Many, many thanks.
