1 Bathroom Nestled amongst Framlingham's proudly independent shops, cafe's, restaurants and pubs, Market View is a wonderfully spacious apartment that has been sympathetically restored whilst retaining period character and authenticity. With a large oriel window in the sitting room looking out to the market square and Church, it is a perfect spot to sit with a coffee and newspaper to idly watch daily life in this historic market town. Please note: ADULTS ONLY.
Entrance from the street with stairs up to front door. A few steps immediately inside the door and steps down from the hallway to access the bathroom and bedroom.
Kitchen: A range of fitted units, oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, cafetiere
Sitting Room: Window to front with window seat, large sofa, armchairs, ornamental fireplace, bookshelves and Smart TV, extendable dining table and chairs.
Bedroom: Kingsize bed, dressing table, bedside tables and lamps, walk in wardrobe, window to rear
Bathroom: Shower, heated towel rail, washbasin and WC.
In the centre of this quiet market town.
Due to the access, we feel the property is not suitable for babies or young children.
We can only accept bookings from adults.

The apartment does not have allocated parking, but there is plenty of free street parking available nearby. Full details will be sent to you, and included in the information folder at the flat.

August 2025Absolutely amazing stay, in an amazing property. The property was spotless and was extremely well equipped. The location couldn’t have been better and there was lots of information about the local area. Jenny was so responsive and helpful and offered a lovely gesture when she found out we had just got married. Would 100% recommend the property and we will definitely be returning.

September 2025I cannot begin to explain how great this place is. I've never stayed in an Airbnb that first of all was so clean. Not a single speck of dust to be seen. The entire place from the walls to the furniture looked brand new. Not a single scuff on the carpets. The place had absolutely everything you could possibly need. They provided towels specifically for makeup removal and something as thoughtful as makeup remover. I was able to create a whole meal in the kitchen without needing any extra equipment. They provided even small things such as olive oil and foil. The bathroom was incredible. amazing shower and again it all looked new. the bed was unbelievably comfortable to the point I made notes on the mattress and duvet covers. you could not have asked for more of a perfect location with a lovely view from the living room. I honestly cant recommend this place enough if you're staying nearby. I'll add one more thing, they didnt expect errands like some Airbnbs do for when you check out.

September 2025We loved our stay in Framlingham in this gorgeous apartment. Situated right on the town square and beautifully appointed with every quality amenity you could hope for. The location is unbeatable and there was no noise at all. The 2 Magpies bakery served us well for unbelievable baked goods and fabulous coffee. It’s five years since our last visit to this beautiful town and it just gets nicer and nicer. All the more so when you stay in a lovely place like this.

September 2025Our stay at Market View was perfect - a beautiful and welcoming apartment decorated to the highest standard, spotlessly clean with quality fittings and appliances throughout. It was extremely comfortable and it felt like home from home. The town of Framlingham is delightful, castle a must. A good selection of cafes and restaurants. If you want a great Sunday lunch try the Poacher’s Pocket at Carlton near Saxmundham - we liked it so much we went back. Thank you Jenny for a smashing stay!

November 2025location was great being on the market square, lovely places to each, close to all amenities. Castle too. So comfy clean and relaxing. little noise from shop below but nothing that mattered. good to leave the front entrance on the latch, residents next door not best pleased if locked, despite having a key. But minor stuff. Overall such a great place, with so much to see within the beauty of Suffolk, including nearby beaches. The detail throughout the property was much appreciated, much effort applied to ensure a super stay, thank you x
