2.5 Bathrooms Built in 2021, Grove Farm Cottage has been superbly designed and furnished to a very high specification. In the grounds of a listed, moated farmhouse, this superb cottage provides accommodation for 4 guests. The spacious open plan sitting room has patio doors which open out to a private patio with a fire pit and barbecue. The garden surrounds the property, and leads to the pond, complete with jetty, where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this beautiful location.
The property is all on one level with the bedrooms one end and the living area at the other.
From the front door, the hallway to the right leads to the open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room. There is a cloakroom with toilet and basin, and a large storage cupboard. The hallway to the left leads to the first double bedroom, leading to the ensuite. A hallway from the kitchen area leads to the second bedroom and ensuite and is a mirror image of the first bedroom.

Kitchen: A large range of fitted units, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle
Dining Area: large dining table with chairs and a long bench
Cloakroom: Washbasin and wc.
Bedroom 1: King-size bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, dressing table with stool, flatscreen tv, and wardrobe
Ensuite 1: Large walk in shower, toilet, handbasin
Bedroom 2: King-size bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, dressing table with stool, flatscreen tv, and wardrobe
Ensuite 2: Large walk in shower, toilet, handbasin
Utility Room: With boiler, washing machine, tumble drier
Outside: Patio with table and chairs, bench, charcoal barbecue, fire pit, spacious garden which leads around to the pond
Charging for electric vehicles is available and can be arranged directly with the owner
Beautifully quite and relaxing location
Whilst young babies are very welcome, this property is not suitable for toddlers or children, up to the age of 11 years, due to surrounding open water ponds and moats. Please contact us if you would like more information regarding this.

July 2025A lovely place to stay, ideal for 2 couples. The accommodation is very spacious, light and airy. All of the expected facilities were available, eg, BBQ, firepit and out door seating. You do certainly need a car to get to any local shops, attractions etc.

August 2025I cannot recommend the Cottage enough! It was the perfect get away from London for me and my family. The views of the grounds and the pond right next to it with the ducks were so precious! The Cottage itself is BEAUTIFUL and so well maintained. It has an amazing homey feel while still feeling luxurious. Check in and check out was a breeze and I would absolutely stay here again!

November 2025We had a really lovely long weekend at the cottage. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. (We didn't see any ducks unfortunately, but that could be because of the rain..!) The living space is lovely, and the two bedrooms are nicely furnished and both have en suite facilities. There's also an additional toilet too, which was very handy. It was a genuinely lovely stay and we definitely hope to go back!

November 2025We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Grove Farm Cottage. From the very beginning we had an amazing time. They were so helpful to recommend a local pub for us to dine at when arriving and we were able to enter the cottage earlier which was a massive bonus. We were greeted with prosecco, chocolates and croissants which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The property was perfect, homely and bright and had absolutely everything we needed! I don't think anything was left out. We had an amazing four days at Grove Farm Cottage and we will definitely be back and will certainly recommend our friends to come here too.
