1 Bathroom Situated on the outskirts of the village, and in the shadows of Framsden Windmill, The Coach House, is ideal for families or friends visiting this beautiful area of rural Suffolk. The popular towns along Suffolk's Heritage Coast - Woodbridge, Aldeburgh, Southwold, Walberswick, Dunwich and the RSPB nature reserve at Minsmere are all within a 30 minute drive. The accommodation is all on the first floor, giving enviable views from all rooms.
A deceptively spacious and charming property, with far reaching views across the beautiful Suffolk countryside.
If you are travelling with children and require a travel cot or high chair, please let us know before your arrival date so we can have these set up ready for your arrival.
There are so many lovely villages within a few minutes drive, all with a variety of independent shops, pubs and restaurants. There are also National Trust and English Heritage properties to visit, and the beautiful Suffolk Coast.
Please leave shoes in the hallway at the entrance
Guests have the sole use of The Coach House. Guests have use of the owners beautiful garden to the rear of the property, with large lawn, shrubs and trees, table and chairs and gas BBQ (owners use another area of the garden, if they are there)
The owners of The Coach House live next door, should you need anything.

November 2025Fantastic Little find. Clean, comfortable, cozy and in a very peaceful location. Perfect little home from home for a stay of any duration. I was here working locally and this offered me the peace and quiet, comfort and freedom not available from hotels. Just wished I had time to explore the area. Maybe next time!

July 2026Away from it all stay in the middle of countryside. The accommodation is up steep steps on the first floor of the coach house. Unfortunately the agent didn’t communicate with the owners about providing cot and highchair so we had to ring on arrival at 11pm and the owners resolved the cot straightaway. The property is 30 mins drive to nearest town for shops/restaurants/pubs but that was fine for us. In main bedroom there’s a big beam which we banged our heads on and would be better if had tape on it to highlight it. Nice garden and sitting area.
